Parrilla 640 series is a solid fuel Parrilla grill with manual lifting grill sections for regulating cooking heat & controlling any flaring of fatty meats or heavily marinated items with addition of a fire box for burning wood out of the cooking area. Wood is burned & the charcoal drops down so it can be scraped across to the grills.
Options: black finish base, various interchangeable cooking grids- fish grids, SS round bar grids, V shaped grids.
